The Byron Office Space Solutions (B.O.S.S.) personnel have been operating executive suites for over a combined 46 years.  During those years we have learned that clients often sign agreements with our competitors under the mistaken belief that their up-front costs and monthly expenses are a certain amount.  Regrettably, they discover that the actual amounts are hidden in the confusing language of their agreements, including in the attachments some labeled as rules, with terms such as "exit fees charges."
