Byron Office Space Solutions, LLC (B.O.S.S.) was created to provide a management vehicle for the expanding operations of Byron Executive Suites, Inc. (B.E.S.I.), a serviced and virtual office provider based in Greensboro, N.C. since 1985.

 

B.O.S.S, in partnership with the highly successful and respected commercial real estate company, Lindbrook Development Services, Inc., also of Greensboro, NC, formed a joint venture called Executive Suites of NC, LLC to own and operate two NEW facilities.  These NEW facilities are located at 324 South Elm Street (downtown Greensboro) and 4801 Glenwood Avenue (Raleigh, N.C.) next to Crabtree Valley Mall at the Macy’s end.

 

Byron was founded by Herbert B. Parks, the Chief Executive Officer, and has been co-led for the last 12 years by Wendy M. Seyboth, Partner and President of both B.O.S.S. and B.E.S.I.   Mr. Parks and Ms. Seyboth together have over 39 years of experience in the development and management of serviced and virtual office operations.

Over the 38 year work history of Mr. Parks, he has been involved in the acquisition, ownership, development, construction, syndication, brokerage and consulting services of over $6.5 billion dollars of real estate transactions that included hotels, apartments, warehouses, shopping centers, single-family developments, office buildings, industrial buildings and undeveloped land. Mr. Parks has been the President of Eagle Properties, Inc. since 1986, a commercial brokerage and consulting company, he is the Trustee of a multi-operational restaurant group that operates in northern Wisconsin.  Mr. Parks is the C.E.O., Chairman, Director and President of Byron Executive Suites, Inc., a Director and Member of 7 CCC, LLC, and the C.E.O., Chairman and Member of Byron Office Space Solutions, LLC.  Mr. Parks is also the Director and a Member of Executive Suites of NC, LLC.

 

Mr. Parks has served in the past on several select board-of-directors of publically traded corporations, community boards, not-for-profits, scholastic and foundation boards, as well as privately traded companies.  Mr. Parks continues to serve on select-private boards, as well as 501 (c) (3) boards.

 

Mr. Parks was born in Brandenburg, Kentucky and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  In 1982, Mr. Parks began an annually awarded scholarship program at his alma matter, the University of Salisbury, where he also received an honorary Doctorate degree in 2007.  He has held real estate licenses in multiple states and continues to remain the North Carolina licensed Broker-in-Charge for several Byron related companies.

Ms. Seyboth began her career with Byron Executive Suites, Inc. in 1998 as a receptionist and by 2000 rose in the ranks to office manager, and then continued her methodical progression within the Byron organization through her diligence, perseverance and hard work to become a partner in 2008 on the tenth anniversary of her association with Byron.

 

Ms. Seyboth’s natural leadership skills and determined approach to solutions led to her additional roles and responsibilities throughout the years, eventually becoming the Executive Vice-President and COO of Byron Executive Suites, Inc., and the President, Member-Manager, Director and COO of Byron Office Space Solutions, LLC.  Ms. Seyboth is also a Director and Member of Executive Suites of NC, LLC and Director, Member-Manager of 7 CCC, LLC, a real estate entity that owns, operates, and develops land and commercial buildings.

 

Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Ms. Seyboth graduated from Walter Hines Page High School and went on to hold positions in management and customer service. Ms. Seyboth holds a Real Estate/Broker’s License from the State of North Carolina.

 Ms. Lindsay Morgan has been associated with the Byron companies since 2007, beginning as the receptionist for Byron Executive Suites, Inc. and evolving into various management roles through 2011.  Ms. Morgan graduated from Walter Hines Page High School located in Greensboro, N.C. in 2000 and then enrolled into Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Lindsay graduated from Western Carolina University in December of 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.  Ms. Morgan is a certified Notary and in the Fall of 2011, will continue her professional journey to become a licensed N.C. Real Estate Broker.

 

Ms. Morgan is the Manager of the NEW BOSS facility located at 4801 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, N.C.  As the new Manager, Ms. Morgan is responsible for coordinating the leasing of serviced and virtual offices as well as directing the day-to-day activities at the Raleigh facility.

Ms. Small graduated from Moon Valley High School located in Phoenix Arizona, and attended the University of Arizona as an Art Major.  Upon relocation to North Carolina in 2000, Ms. Small studied Interior Design at Randolph Community College located in Asheboro, North Carolina.  Ms. Small began her entrepreneur journey in 2007 when she opened her first business, Defining Finishes.  Ms. Small holds a Real Estate/Broker’s License from the State of North Carolina.

 

On July 11, 2011, Ms. Small was hired for her professional demeanor, passion for people and the energy that she brings to the workplace.  She was appointed the Manager of the NEW BOSS facility located at 324 South Elm Street, in downtown Greensboro.  As the new Manager, Ms. Small is responsible for coordinating the leasing of serviced and virtual offices as well as directing the day-to-day activities of the facility.  Ms. Small will also be involved in the B.O.S.S. social media marketing campaigns.

 

  
Amanda Stowe - Director of Marketing & Advertising

Ms. Amanda Stowe was born in Burlington, N.C., and currently resides in Greensboro.  After graduating from Eastern Guilford High School, Ms. Stowe enrolled at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro where she graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Marketing and Advertising.  Ms. Stowe has been associated with Byron since 2008, beginning her career with Byron as a part-time receptionist in the Greensboro office.

 

Ms. Stowe’s responsibilities have grown to be virtually anything that Byron needs relating to Marketing and Advertising, such as Web Page design, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and of course advertising through traditional print and media outlets.

 

Ben Vasques - Virtual Office and Admin Assistant

Ben Vasquez was born in Toccoa, Georgia and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina.  After graduating from Leesville Road High School in Raleigh, he enrolled at North Carolina State University in 2006, and finished his undergraduate career at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2011.  While at UNC-G, Ben was a member of the cross-country and track team.  Mr. Vasquez graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a minor in Political Science.

 

Mr. Vasquez joined B.O.S.S. in July 2011, and works in the Greensboro Suburban location.

Leah Keeter was born in Fort Worth, Texas and raised in Cary, North Carolina. After graduating from Cary Senior High School, Miss Keeter later enrolled at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. She graduated in May of 2010 with a degree in Agricultural Business.

Leah is the newest addition to our BOSS team and she works in the Raleigh office as an Administrative Assistant.

Mr. Michael J. Smyth has been associated with the Byron companies for over 25 years and has been its CFO since 2001.  Prior to 2001, Mr. Smyth held various positions as a Director and Officer of various Byron related companies, including Eagle Properties, Inc., Byron Executive Suites, Inc., Lawndale North Executive Suites, Inc., Piedmont Executive Suites, Inc., Colorworks, Inc., Byron Furnishings, Moss Creek Stables, Inc., and Byron Commercial Properties, Inc.

 

Mr. Smyth was the President of the Seneca Group, Inc. for over twenty years.

 

Christopher Ryan Parks, Logistics & Equipment Coordinator

Christopher Ryan Parks, Logistics & Equipment Coordinator

Mr. Christopher Ryan Parks, a Greensboro native, after a lengthy recover period from an auto accident, graduated from Northeast High School located in Browns Summit, NC.  Christopher attended Guilford Technical Community College and then UNC majoring in International Marketing.  In 1999, Christopher left for Canberra, Australia for the “Outward Bound” program, spending time in Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Surfers’ Paradise and the outback of Australia.    Upon Christopher’s return to United States he entered the Culinary Program at GTCC.  In October of 2001, Christopher enlisted in the Army, trained at Fort Benning, GA and subsequently received his Honorable Discharge.  Christopher is the owner and registered Master Instructor of several forms of martial arts.

 

Christopher joined the Byron team in 2005 and is responsible for logistics and equipment for the entire Byron companies.
